Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached to the clothing (tags must not be removed). We want to ensure our customers receive the best quality products, and maintaining items in their original condition helps us process your return quickly.

How to Return

To initiate a return, visit the Returns Portal under Help & Support on our website. After your item is received and inspected, we will review it for eligibility. Once we've confirmed it meets our return conditions and approve your return, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges with the same 14-day window and conditions as our standard returns. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply submit an exchange request through our Returns Portal. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached to the clothing. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect fit!

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you of approval via email. Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary, but we work as quickly as possible to get your money back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
